Albert Burnley Weaver (America, 1898-1963) was an enterprising artist, publisher, and advertiser in the twentieth century. He founded Gollifox Press in Philadelphia’s Chestnut Hill, where he was inspired to produce this graphic series The New Philadelphia. This print features The Free Library of Philadelphia. These prints are digitally reproduced on high quality textured paper greeting cards and include a mailing envelope to share with a friend.
